I know you always like to be ahead in everything, you jump queue, you like to have everything figured out quickly, even if it requires you pressing the right buttons or making the right calls, you get it done faster.
The same way, you are eager to come into the fullness of what God has prepared for you but it seems God is not coming through and you are wondering why. With Him, there is no ‘ctrl-fast’ button, you need to walk with Him patiently. There are some heights you have been believing God for, but the reason He hasn’t got you there yet is because you are not yet mature for it. God doesn’t jump process, He would rather prepare you for where He is taking you to.
The beautiful part of this is that, process is also part of purpose. When you submit to process, you are making progress in purpose, just that it doesn’t look like it most times in the physical, but a lot is sure going on in the spiritual.
God wants you to be thoroughly furnished for every good work, He wants you fully formed and prepared. God guides people progressively into their destinies. He doesn’t just drop it on them over night. He leads them into it. Whether it’s two steps or twenty you are taking daily, the most important thing is that you are making progress in the right direction and you will soon reach your destination.
If you reach some heights prematurely, it is dangerous to your destiny. Sometimes the delay you experience is to learn how to circumcise your appetite for money, positions, it helps you discern your motives and trains you to handle higher heights.
